Pamplona Capital Management to Acquire Loparex from Intermediate Capital Group

Pamplona Capital Management (“Pamplona”) has signed an agreement to invest in Loparex alongside members of the company’s leadership team, who remain committed to supporting the long-term growth of Loparex’s customers. Following the transaction, Intermediate Capital Group (“ICG”) will no longer be a shareholder in Loparex.

Xeikon will transfer its main activities to its headquarters

Xeikon will move its main activities to its headquarters in in Leir, Belgium, by July 1 and will close its location in Eede, the Netherlands, by the end of the year.

PK PrintCoat Instruments  announced its collabtraion with National Centre of Flexible Electronics Centre at Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur (IITK). According to professor Deepak Gupta, one of the initiators of FlexE Centre, ‘The FlexE Centre’s line will potentially be open to industrial partners to test low-volume manufacturing of new products before they put capital investment in equipment.’
